Can Cena pin Khali

The last thing John Cena expected when he challenged The Great Khali to another match for the WWE Championship was for that contest to be a Pinfalls Count Anywhere Match. Though Khali tapped in the clutches of the WWE Champion’s STFU, such a hold (along with any other submission move) will be null at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view, One Night Stand. This Sunday, Cena will need to find some way to pin Khali and keep the towering threat from India on his large back for a referee’s three-count — something no man has ever been able to do.
Myriad matches of this type have taken place in WWE history, but perhaps never has the champion’s reign – not to mention physical wellness – been jeopardized to such an extent. Whenever they have crossed paths, Cena has barely been able to immobilize the 420-pound leviathan, let alone take him off his feet. If it is questionable as to whether The Champ can even bring Khali to the mat, it’s near impossible to conceive of him winning a battle where anything that’s not a pinfall doesn’t count.
A handful of days until One Night Stand, there are many who believe Cena cannot do it and that he is at an extreme disadvantage, except of course, for the WWE Champion himself.
“I don’t look at anything as a disadvantage,” Cena protested. “I don’t feel this Pinfalls Count Anywhere Match favors either competitor. In the past, I’ve thrown everything but the kitchen sink at Khali and he didn’t budge. On Sunday, I can actually pick up the kitchen sink and lay it across his big skull.”
With weapons legal and essentially any tactic as fair game, the resilient WWE Champion may need to rely on whatever he can gets his hands on to slay the towering monster at One Night Stand.
“The Great Khali is damn near unstoppable,” he continued. “I don’t know how I am going to keep him down for three seconds, but I’ll have a lot of ammo out there. If I end up getting hit with anything that he brings, it will be that much worse, but if I can bob and weave enough to catch him with something, it might be all I need to take him down.”
Admitting the dire jeopardy he faces in mere days, Cena remained insistent that One Night Stand would not be his last as WWE Champion. Though Cena has declared that he is no longer afraid of the “Punjabi Frankenstein,” the giant has dropped The Champ at every turn — and the next turn could very well come this Sunday at One Night Stand. On that night, The Great Khali could swat Cena with his dreaded chop or drop his gargantuan ring boot onto the cranium of the WWE Champion at absolutely any location within the arena. If the monstrous Superstar does that in the Pinfalls Count Anywhere Match, he could claim the victory and the gold in the aisle, in the parking garage across from the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena, down at the Taco Bell — virtually anywhere, with anything.
The Champ escaped the python-like grip of the 7-foot-3 monster and even managed to neutralize Khali with an STFU at Judgment Day. But in a situation where there are very few rules other than to keep your opponent on his back for a three-count by the official, three seconds may as well as be an eternity for John Cena.
Will the WWE Champion persevere and keep his word to slay the beast from the most treacherous reaches of India? Can his body survive? Can he manage to somehow emerge from Jacksonville with the title like he did on May 20? Or will WWE officials need to add a few inches to the championship’s leather waistband for its new oversized gold bearer?

DES MOINES, Iowa. – The new United States Champion montel vontavious Porter arrived at SmackDown to celebrate his newly won title, and the brazen Superstar couldn’t pass up the opportunity to rub his victory in the faces of our fans or the former champion – Chris Benoit. “I told you I would change Friday nights,” MVP said. “I told you that I would be a champion, and that when I signed the most lucrative contract in sports-entertainment history, that I would be worth every penny – and you all doubted me.” MVP continued to berate all his naysayers, “when I challenged Chris Benoit for the US Title, you all said I was out of my league. It’s not my style to say I told you so. But, I am the United States Champion – and I told you so.” Porter then decided to call out the Rabid Wolverine, the man he defeated with two straight falls at Judgment Day in a 2-out-of-3 Falls Match. The former champion Benoit made his way to the ring, where he stood face-to-face with MVP for the first time since losing the title. When he put his hand out to offer congratulations to the new champion, MVP shook the hand of Chris Benoit, perhaps signifying he would carry the U.S. Championship with the same honor and class that Benoit had. The Wolverine, never one to make excuses for a loss, shook the hand of MVP, realizing he was beat fairly at Judgment Day. The former champion then looked to leave the ring and let the new champ have his moment in the spotlight.
But Montel Vontavious Porter could not leave well enough alone. He had the chance in Des Moines to become as honorable a champion as all the great competitors to wear the United States Championship, but he dropped the ball, opting instead to play his own game and shun tradition. As Benoit exited the ring, MVP crowed, “I don’t think a handshake is enough. Benoit, I didn’t just beat you, I dominated you, and I think you should acknowledge the fact that I am SmackDown’s MVP.” As he shoved his bling into Benoit’s face, MVP declared, “I'm the future, you are the past. So raise my hand, Benoit.” The questionable move by the overconfident Superstar backfired, and Benoit went on the offensive, delivering three German suplexes before chasing Porter out of the ring. It is apparent that Chris Benoit isn't going to go away so easily, and that the ballin’ Superstar MVP is in for the game of his life.

WWE Raw Talk

Through a translator, The Great Khali said he was screwed at Judgment Day and demanded a rematch for John Cena's WWE Championship. Cena accepted and the match was set for One Night Stand, but Cena once again fell to the mighty hand of Khali.
Randy Orton explained why he did what he did to Shawn Michaels at Judgment Day: "An injury is like a bullseye, and I did what any professional would do by taking advantage of it.I think it was a bad deal and I don't like Randy.
After being screwed out of the ECW World Title at Judgment Day, Bobby Lashley had the opportunity to earn his rematch on Raw. To get the chance to face Mr. McMahon in a Street Fight at One Night Stand, all Lashley had to do was run the gauntlet and defeat four men in one night. Lashley did just that, defeating Chris Masters, Viscera, Umaga and then Shane McMahon to earn another shot.I wonder what McMahon will come up with next to keep the belt.

The Great Khali

Judgment Day Cena & Great Khali, Almost no one thought he could do it, but somehow, John Cena overcame the odds in the main event at Judgment Day. In a scenario reminiscent of the biblical battle of David vs. Goliath, Cena made The Great Khali tap out for the first time ever; as a result, The Champ is still here. Three weeks in a row on Raw, Khali decimated Cena and left him in a heap, and many including Cena himself questioned how in the world he would overcome the giant at Judgment Day … or even if there was any way he could. “The match worries me because I’m an attack guy, and the past few weeks Khali’s knocked me out,” Cena said in an interview with WWE.com earlier in the week. “I’m kind of at a loss about what to say … he’s just tough, man.” Khali may be tough, but on this night, The Champ was tougher. The resilient champion always seems to rise to the occasion and beat the odds, and he did just that. Despite giving up over a foot in height and nearly 200 pounds, Cena found a way to take the Goliath off his feet. For most of the match, however, it didn’t look like that would be the case. Khali used his sheer size and power advantage to dismantle the WWE Champion, manhandling him and tossing him around like a rag doll. So Cena got crafty, and after using the ring steps to take Khali off his feet, he locked the 7-foot monster in the STFU. With nowhere to go, Khali tapped out, and The Champ had overcome the odds once again. It was truly an impressive (and improbable) victory for the WWE Champion, magnified even more by the fact that he made Khali do something he’d never done before: tap out. After the match, even Cena was unsure exactly how he managed that impressive feat. “Usually, I have some type of an answer for every question, but I honestly don’t have one for that one,” Cena said, adding after a long pause, “You never really go into a fight knowing that you’re going to lose. I have no idea how it happened, I really don’t. I just latched on and held on for my life.” There’s an old saying made famous in the NFL that on any given Sunday, any one team can beat another; on this particular Sunday, regardless of how it was done, the record will show that John Cena amazingly defeated The Great Khali.

Santino Marella

Santino Marella is a raw superstar he is the new Intercontinental Champion .Mr.McMahon picked a person in the crowd to fight Umaga for the Intercontinental Championship in a no holds bar match/no rules.Santino Marella is undefeated he had two matches so far and he won both.I think he is a good wwe superstar.

Judgment day

John Cena will go one on one with the Great Khali and go home with no gold around his waste. Some people say he will win but I say it will be his execution.Because the Great Khali is 7'5 and weighs 350 pounds of pure muscle.
